On 8 October, Thomson Reuters Legal had a major outage from 14:09 to 16:14 UTC (2 h 5 min), with incident names also referring to latency, errors and degraded performance in CoCounsel and CoCounsel New Experience. The status page said Deep Research in Westlaw US and UK was timing out and not returning results, and it showed both Westlaw components affected from 14:08 until a fix was implemented at 16:00, before it marked the incident resolved at 16:13. Shopify, HubSpot, ElevenLabs, Litmus and several other services also reported problems at the same time.
