Questions, answered
What counts as a service?
One status page Stackpulse watches, like GitHub, Stripe or AWS in one region. A service on two of your dashboards counts once.
What happens when I reach my plan’s limit?
Everything keeps working. You can’t add more services or dashboards until you remove some or upgrade to Pro.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is the trial. It has email alerts, so you can see Stackpulse catch a real outage before you pay.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from Plan & billing in your profile. Pro lasts until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to Free. Nothing is deleted: alerts go on for your first 3 services and pause for the rest until you upgrade again.
Do you offer yearly billing?
Yes: $190 a year, two months free compared with paying monthly.
Who handles payments and tax?
Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. They take the payment, add sales tax or VAT where it applies and send the receipts. Prices are in US dollars, and businesses can add their tax ID at checkout.
