On 23 October, Nequi had a critical outage that stopped transfers from Bancolombia to Nequi for 39 minutes, from 08:50 to 09:29 UTC. The status page said the service could still receive money through registered keys, and it marked the incident resolved at 09:29 without giving a reason for the outage, which followed two other Nequi outages in the previous three days.
