On 7 October, GitHub had a critical outage affecting Git Operations, Pull Requests, Actions and Webhooks, with Issues also degraded; its status page incident ran from 15:14 to 16:25 UTC. The status page said the widespread impact occurred between 15:06 and 15:16 UTC, and all components were marked mitigated by 15:49, though Git Operations degraded again at 15:35 after briefly returning to normal. Litmus and Cursor also had problems at the same time.
