“[Medium] Issue with Enterprise Event Reports”
On 8 October, Box had an incident affecting enterprise event data, open from 01:48 to 03:54 UTC (2 h 6 min). Admins could see missing or outdated information in event-based reports and Insights in the Admin Console and in the Enterprise Events API, and Box AI unit usage could be inaccurate. The status page said Events API data was up to date by 03:19 and reports and AI unit usage by 03:38, with monitoring until 03:54. Litmus, OpenAI and Amplitude also had problems at the same time.
