From 18:08 UTC on 30 September to 14:09 UTC on 5 October, Box had problems with Enterprise Reports in its web application, lasting about 116 hours. According to the status page, the issue began with User Engagement Reports and collaboration-related insights in the Admin Console showing missing or outdated data. It later expanded to many report types, including Folders & Files, Shared Links, Retention and Legal Hold reports, as well as Storage and Content Growth insights, and User Engagement Reports could show values of zero. Datadog, Asana, Microsoft Azure, GitLab and other services also reported problems during the same period.
