On 10 October, Vercel had a major outage in its Washington (iad1) region from 00:15 to 01:37 UTC (1 h 22 min). During this time, some customers saw delayed drain delivery, delayed logs, metrics and traces, and Workflow runs stuck pending, with Queues also marked as affected. The status page said a fix was in place and delivery had resumed by 00:35, and that the delayed data had been processed by 01:12, before the incident was marked resolved at 01:37. Litmus also reported partial system outages at the same time, starting at 01:00 and 01:06 UTC.
