On 26 September, U-Haul had a critical outage affecting its Point of Sale, uhaul.net Contract Lookup and Rates and Distribution Web AMT applications. The outage was recorded from 14:15 to 14:40, and the status page showed the affected components down from 14:11 to 14:28, about 17 minutes, before the incident was marked resolved at 14:37. The status page said the problem was caused by an ISP issue, and Asana reported minor issues at around the same time.
