On 30 September, PowerSchool's Analytics & Insights (A&I) dashboard had a major outage from 16:40 to 19:32 UTC, about 2 h 52 min, during which some users may have had intermittent access or been unable to view dashboards and reporting data. The status page showed the component in major outage until 19:02, when PowerSchool said it had applied mitigation measures and stability was improving, and it declared the incident resolved at 19:31. Brave, Canvas by Instructure, CommonLit, Datadog and Box also reported problems at the same time.
