On 6 November, Nequi had a critical outage that its status page listed from 01:30 to 01:52 UTC, about 22 minutes, after one earlier outage in the previous three days. The status page showed only the Envía - Envíos a Bancolombia component as affected, from 01:30 to 01:38 UTC, a shorter window than the incident was open. Bus Times also reported that London Buses was degraded starting at 01:52 UTC.
