“Increased Dubbing Latency and Failure Rate”
On 8 October, ElevenLabs reported increased latency and request failures affecting Dubbing in an incident that was open from 16:09 to 22:10 UTC, about six hours. The status page's updates said errors returned to baseline by 16:15, recurred from 16:30, eased again by 17:10, and stayed at baseline from 17:55, with ElevenLabs saying it was working with an upstream provider on mitigation. Other services, including GitLab, Canva and Blackboard, also reported problems at the same time, and this was ElevenLabs' third reported outage in four days.
