On 8 October, ElevenLabs had a major outage affecting Agent conversations that use SIP, which saw call failures while non-SIP Agent conversations were unaffected; the incident was open from 15:19 to 15:44 UTC (25 minutes). The status page's own updates give a different window: its first update was posted at 15:00 UTC, and it reported no continuing failures as of 15:15 UTC, before the incident was marked resolved at 15:43 UTC. The status page did not state a cause and said a root cause analysis would follow; Edmentum, Shopify and HubSpot also reported problems around the same time.
