“QuickBooks Payments stores cannot transact”
On 5 October, BigCommerce had a major outage in which stores using QuickBooks Payments could not complete transactions, lasting 2 h 26 min from 19:59 to 22:25 UTC. The status page gave a longer window: it opened the incident and listed Checkout & Payment Processing as a major outage from 18:45 until resolution at 22:24, and its final update said merchants could now disconnect and reconnect QuickBooks. GitHub (Actions) and Intercom (Inbox bulk actions) also reported minor issues at the same time.
