On 1 October, Aircall had a major outage from 05:37 to 07:07 UTC (1 h 31 min), during which users could not log in to Aircall Workspace on web and desktop or make and receive calls. The status page said the issue seemed to have been caused by a spike in errors between 05:10 and 05:23 UTC, earlier than the incident was opened, and it reported stable performance by 06:33 before marking the incident resolved at 07:01. Wix and Atlassian Support also had problems at the same time.
