“Connection errors affecting Salesforce Pardot Zaps”
On 23 October, some Zapier customers using the Salesforce Pardot integration had connection errors that stopped or delayed their Zaps, from 10:52 UTC until the incident was resolved at 23:02 UTC on 26 October, about 84 hours. Zapier's status page said the issue began with an upstream incident in Salesforce's Pardot service that caused some connections to fail when refreshing authentication. It also said affected connections still had to be reconnected after the incident was resolved. MAWAQIT, Upwork, Blackbaud, Musixmatch, GitHub, Bus Times and Rutter also reported problems at the same time.
