“Engagement third party security concern”
On 21 October, TimeEdit took its Engagement (Presto) products in Europe offline from 12:36 UTC until 06:24 UTC on 22 October, about 17 hours 47 minutes. This included Attendance and Flow. The SPSS export in its Evaluation product was also offline from about 13:30 until 19:25 UTC on 21 October. The status page said both were taken offline as a precaution over a security vulnerability in PHP, a third-party component, and that services returned after a security update was applied. It also said there were no signs the vulnerability was exploited. Blackbaud, Musixmatch, Auto Trader UK, Coinbase, MyAnimeList and OpenAI also had problems at the same time.
