On 27 September, Strava had a critical outage lasting 3 h 7 min, from 15:18 to 18:25 UTC, that began with delays and failures when uploading activities. By 15:56 the status page said the app was unavailable for most users. A fix was reported in place at 16:32, and the status page showed the mobile apps and Strava.com recovered by 17:31, with uploads and the API affected until the incident was resolved at 18:24. BigCommerce also had a minor search issue at the same time, starting at 17:20.
