On 28 September, Squarespace had a major outage affecting Site Editing and Email Campaigns, with a minor issue in Commerce. The status page reported problems with the Email Campaigns panel and with applying and accessing some premium features. The incident was open from 13:17 to 14:06 UTC (49 minutes), but the status page showed the affected components as impacted only from 13:17 to 13:50, when it said a fix had been implemented. Vercel, ElevenLabs, Studocu, Blackbaud, Python Infrastructure and Bling also reported problems at around the same time.
