“Ingestion Halted for EAP data in EU”
On 14 October, Sentry had a major outage in which ingestion of EAP data in the EU was halted from 05:46 to 08:20 UTC, about 2 hours 34 minutes. EU span ingestion and EU spans alerting were down for that whole period, and the dashboard had minor issues until 07:46. The status page said a fix was in place by 06:09, but it waited for the ingestion backlog to clear before marking the incident resolved. OpenAI and Musixmatch also reported minor issues during the same period.
