MoonPay's Balance payment method for buying in the US had a major outage on 6 October, with the status page incident open from 08:37 to 17:01 UTC. The status page said new US customers could not sign up for Balances due to a vendor issue, and that the problem had started earlier, on Sunday at 16:16 UTC. At 17:01 UTC it reported the vendor issue resolved and functionality for new US users restored.
