“Partial System Outage”
HubSpot had a major outage on 23 October from 16:33 to 19:02 UTC (2 h 29 min), in which many North American users had trouble reaching HubSpot.com and tools including CRM, APIs, Mobile, Marketing, Sales and Service Tools. HubSpot's status page shows a longer window: it opened the incident at 16:07, listed components in major outage from 16:32 to 18:55, and marked it resolved at 18:55. The status page first attributed the problem to a Cloudflare outage and later to underlying network connectivity issues; GitLab, Vercel, Procore and Greenhouse also reported problems at the same time.
