“We’ve identified an issue with our DocuSign integration”
On 3 November, HiBob had a major outage in which requesting signatures through its DocuSign integration in Bob could fail with a general error, affecting the Core HR - Docs component. The incident was open from 15:16 to 17:52 UTC (about 2 h 35 min), though the status page showed a fix deployed at 17:09 and the component marked affected only until then. The status page said a recent update to its document integration infrastructure caused the failures and that the update was reverted; Sentry, U-Haul, Aircall, Thomson Reuters Legal, Blackbaud and Musixmatch also had problems at the same time.
