“Copilot Code Review is unable to complete reviews”
On 28 September, GitHub's Copilot Code Review was unable to complete pull request reviews, and the incident was open for 51 minutes, from 21:17 to 22:08 UTC. The status page's final update gave a longer impact window, from 19:23 to 22:08 UTC, during which about 70% of requested reviews did not complete and users had to re-request them; it attributed the problem to a change in a dependent service, which was reverted. Cursor, Wattpad, Amplitude and Bling also reported problems at the same time.
