On 8 October, Edmentum's MajorClarity platform had a major outage from 14:22 to 15:23 UTC, about an hour, during which users could face login failures, authentication errors, or be unable to reach parts of the application. The status page said a fix was in place by 15:15, with performance improved, and the incident was marked resolved at 15:23; it said the root cause was identified but did not describe it. Blackbaud, Cursor, Thomson Reuters Legal, Litmus, Shopify, HubSpot and ElevenLabs also reported problems at around the same time.
