On 29 September, Bling had a major outage in its Fiscal component that disrupted the issuing of electronic invoices (NF-e) from 18:16 to 20:31 UTC, about 2 hours 15 minutes. Bling's status page said an instability at SEFAZ was affecting NF-e issuance, with attempts returning rejection codes 1023 or 656, and later reported that sending of NF-e had returned to normal. Close, OpenAI, GitLab, Bluesky and several other services also had problems at the same time.
