On 1 October, Bitbucket reported a major outage affecting Pipelines, with scheduled and background jobs delayed or not running. The incident was open from 02:55 to 07:51 UTC (4 h 56 min), but the status page's updates put the impact window at 01:00 to 07:25 UTC and said interactive use was not affected. The status page said an unexpected volume of scheduled tasks overwhelmed a shared job scheduling platform; Confluence, Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Atlassian Support, Stripe, Wix and Aircall also had problems at the same time.
