“Basecamp 5 and HEY are down”
On 29 September, 37signals had a critical outage from 12:07 to 12:35 UTC, about 28 minutes, during which Basecamp 5 and HEY had trouble loading. Highrise was also named as down. The status page opened the incident at 12:10 and said at 12:26 that the root cause had been found, without stating what it was. It reported both services coming back online at 12:30, back up at 12:32, and resolved at 12:34. KING OF TIME, Hostinger, Asana and Auto Trader UK also reported minor issues at the same time.
