> On 29 October, PowerSchool's SchoolMessenger Communicate had a critical outage in which users had trouble logging in, lasting 7 h 4 min from 13:42 to 20:46 UTC. The status page reported problems with SAML (SSO) and MFA authentication, said a fix was in place at 18:52 and marked the incident resolved at 20:46 after monitoring. Other services, including Nextech's NexCloud, freee, Musixmatch, Blackbaud and Procore, also had problems at the same time.
