The incident lasted 6 h 22 min, from 05:32 to 11:54 UTC, though the status page's first update was timestamped 02:00, before the incident was opened at 05:31. According to the status page, a fixed app version was released for Linux and macOS by 09:28 and for Windows by 11:53, while Asana, Studocu, Realtime Trains and Auto Trader UK also had problems at the same time.
