# Nequi outage on 3 November 2026

> On 3 November, Nequi had a critical outage from 20:23 to 21:49 UTC (1 h 26 min) in which withdrawals and top-ups at Bancolombia correspondent agents could not be completed, while the status page said the Nequi app itself was working normally. The status page's first update at 20:22 named Nequi correspondents as unable to process withdrawals, a 20:43 update named Bancolombia correspondents instead, and the incident was marked resolved at 21:58 alongside a same-time update saying it was still being investigated. Upwork, Bus Times (Lothian Buses) and GitHub also reported minor issues during the same period.
