Searching and automations on those fields were also affected, including the Jira Service Management Web and Automation for Jira components. The status page said a configuration change had appeared to cause the issue and had been reverted, with recovery beginning by 00:25 and full operation confirmed at 00:38. Jira Software, Jira Work Management, Jira Product Discovery and Musixmatch also had problems at the same time.
