# GitHub outage on 28 September 2026

> On 28 September, GitHub's Copilot Code Review was unable to complete pull request reviews, and the incident was open for 51 minutes, from 21:17 to 22:08 UTC. The status page's final update gave a longer impact window, from 19:23 to 22:08 UTC, during which about 70% of requested reviews did not complete and users had to re-request them; it attributed the problem to a change in a dependent service, which was reverted. Cursor, Wattpad, Amplitude and Bling also reported problems at the same time.
