> On 13 October, ElevenLabs had a major outage in which multiple US endpoints, including some ElevenAgents endpoints, had timeouts, elevated latency and failed requests, from 09:21 to 14:19 UTC (4 h 58 min). The status page marked the incident resolved at 09:47, but reported error rates rising again at 09:57 and remaining unstable for several hours before confirming stable service at 14:18. The status page did not state a cause and said a root cause analysis would be published.
