# ElevenLabs outage on 28 September 2026

> On 28 September, ElevenLabs had a major outage affecting its ElevenAgents platform for customers using EU residency, lasting 42 minutes from 13:58 to 14:40 UTC. The status page said the team was investigating a possible issue with its underlying database provider. It later stated that a fix was released and the issue was resolved at 14:18 UTC, although the incident stayed open until 14:39 UTC. Studocu, Squarespace, Blackbaud and Vercel also reported problems at the same time.
