> On 27 October, Daxko had a major outage from 12:37 to 16:57 UTC (4 h 20 min) in which some clients could not access Daxko sites. The status page listed Daxko Operations as affected from 12:36, with Club Automation, Daxko Core, Daxko Accounting, Daxko Engage and GroupExPro added at 13:45, all marked as a minor issue until it was resolved at 16:45. The status page said the access problems came from third-party provider issues outside its platform. Musixmatch, Blackbaud, OpenAI and Claude also had problems at the same time.
